PingIN (pingin.in) is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool built for Indian professionals. We provide a Chrome Extension and web-based campaign tool that helps users search LinkedIn profiles, send personalized connection requests, and manage outreach campaigns.

PingIN works through your existing LinkedIn browser session. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of PingIN complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. PingIN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
LinkedIn may update its platform, selectors, or Terms of Service at any time. While we work to keep PingIN updated, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality. We recommend staying within safe usage limits (maximum 50 connection requests per day) to protect your LinkedIn account.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with limited features (10 messages/day, single-page scraping). No credit card is required for the free trial.
Pro and Team plans are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused days except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown include applicable taxes. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay — a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. PingIN does not store your card or banking details.
For UPI payments, activation occurs within 2 hours of payment verification during business hours (9am–6pm IST, Monday–Saturday).
All content, design, code, and branding of PingIN — including the logo, website, Chrome Extension, and documentation — are the intellectual property of PingIN Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of PingIN without written permission.
PingIN processes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. The Chrome Extension operates locally in your browser — profile data you scrape is stored on your device, not our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
PingIN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingIN Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to LinkedIn account restrictions, lost business opportunities, or data loss.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@pingin.in.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on pingin.in. Continued use of PingIN after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
