Our Refund Commitment

At PingIN, we believe in our product. If you're not completely satisfied with your paid plan within the first 7 days, we will issue a full refund β€” no questions asked, no lengthy forms, no hassle.

Refund Scenarios

βœ“ FULL REFUND β€” Within 7 days of first payment
If you purchased a Pro or Team plan and are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund 100% within 3–5 business days.
βœ“ FULL REFUND β€” Technical issues we cannot fix
If PingIN has a critical technical issue that prevents you from using the core features, and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.
βœ“ FULL REFUND β€” Duplicate payment
If you were charged twice for the same plan due to a payment error, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.
βœ— NO REFUND β€” After 7 days (renewal)
Refunds are not available for subscription renewals after the 7-day window. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges β€” your access continues until the end of the billing period.
βœ— NO REFUND β€” LinkedIn account restrictions
If your LinkedIn account is restricted due to your usage patterns, we cannot issue a refund as this is outside our control. We strongly recommend following our safe usage guidelines (max 50 requests/day).
βœ— NO REFUND β€” Terms of Service violation
Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

It's simple β€” just email us:

  • Email: support@pingin.in
  • Subject: Refund Request β€” [Your registered email]
  • Include: Your name, registered email, payment UTR/transaction ID, and reason (optional)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI/card/bank account).

Cancellation

You can cancel your PingIN subscription at any time by emailing support@pingin.in. Upon cancellation:

  • No further charges will be made
  • You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted
