The PingIN Chrome Extension operates entirely within your browser. This means:

All LinkedIn profiles you scrape are stored in your browser's local storage — not on our servers
Your LinkedIn session cookie (li_at) is never transmitted to PingIN servers
Campaign data, messages, and profile lists exist only on your device
We cannot access, view, or retrieve your scraped profile data

4. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your PingIN account
To process payments and activate subscriptions
To send transactional emails (receipts, activation, password reset)
To provide customer support via email and WhatsApp
To improve PingIN features and fix bugs
To send product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)
