PingIN is a Chrome Extension. Here's how to install it:

• Download your plan's ZIP file from your Dashboard
• Unzip the file on your computer
• Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions
• Enable Developer mode (toggle in top-right corner)
• Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder
• PingIN appears in your Chrome toolbar — pin it for easy access

The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Yes! PingIN works with a completely free LinkedIn account. You do NOT need LinkedIn Premium or LinkedIn Recruiter. PingIN enhances what a free LinkedIn account can already do — it just automates and speeds it up dramatically.

PingIN is designed to stay within LinkedIn's safe usage limits:

• All actions are paced naturally — not instant rapid-fire
• No fake profiles, no scraping against ToS

Best practices to stay safe: Start with 20 requests/day for your first week, then increase gradually. Avoid sending all 50 to the same company in one day. Keep your LinkedIn profile complete and professional.

Note: LinkedIn's terms prohibit automated tools. While PingIN users have used it safely, we cannot guarantee LinkedIn will never flag your account. Use responsibly.

Your license key can be used on one computer at a time. If you switch computers, simply install the extension on the new machine and enter the same license key. To use on multiple computers simultaneously, you would need multiple licenses.

PingIN is a Chrome desktop extension — it works only on Chrome on Windows, Mac, and Linux computers. It does not work on mobile Chrome or any mobile browser. The website (pingin.in) works on mobile for account management and dashboard access.

When your 5-day free trial ends, the extension automatically locks and you will not be able to run searches or outreach. Your collected profiles and candidate notes are preserved. To continue using PingIN, simply purchase any plan from your Dashboard or Pricing page and your extension reactivates with your new plan's license key.

We send reminder emails: 3 days before expiry, 1 day before, and on the day of expiry — so you are never caught off guard.

No — plans do NOT auto-renew. PingIN uses one-time UPI payments. When your plan expires, it simply stops. There is no subscription, no auto-debit, and no surprise charges. You choose to renew manually whenever you're ready.

PingIN accepts all major UPI payment apps:

• Any bank's UPI app

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. No credit card or debit card required.

Yes! Email us at support@pingin.in with your payment confirmation, company name, GSTIN, and billing address. We will send you a proper GST invoice within 2 business days.

All purchases are final. Since PingIN is a digital software product that is immediately accessible after payment, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. Plans do not auto-renew — you simply don't renew when your plan expires.

If you face a technical issue — the extension not working, license key not activating, etc. — email support@pingin.in with screenshots and we will resolve it for you. We stand behind our product.

No — never. PingIN does not ask for, store, or transmit your LinkedIn password. It works by reading the LinkedIn pages you're already viewing in your browser — the same way you'd read them yourself. Your LinkedIn login session remains entirely in your browser.

Yes Starter and above. From the Profiles tab in the extension, click the Export CSV button to download all collected profiles as a spreadsheet. The CSV includes name, headline, location, profile URL, and any notes you've added. You can open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool.

Because PingIN is currently installed as an "unpacked extension" (not yet on the Chrome Web Store), Chrome shows a warning: "This extension can read and change your data on linkedin.com."

This is expected and safe. PingIN needs to read LinkedIn pages to collect profile data — that's exactly what it does, and only on linkedin.com. It cannot read any other website. We are in the process of submitting PingIN to the Chrome Web Store for official listing.

Try these steps:

• Make sure you're logged in to LinkedIn in the same Chrome browser
• Try a broader search — remove college or experience filters first
• Check that your LinkedIn account is in good standing (no restrictions)
• Reload the extension: go to chrome://extensions, find PingIN, click the reload icon
• Try a different search — some company names need exact spelling

First, check your email inbox and spam folder for the license key email. Make sure you're copying the key exactly — no extra spaces. If the issue persists, email support@pingin.in with your registered email address and payment screenshot and we'll sort it out immediately.
