Go to chrome://extensions, find PingIN, click the reload icon. If it still fails, email support@pingin.in with a screenshot.

License key not activating?

Check your email inbox and spam folder. Copy the key exactly — no extra spaces. Email us if it still doesn't work.

Payment done but plan not active?

Email support@pingin.in with your payment screenshot and registered email. We activate within 2 hours.

Will PingIN get my LinkedIn account banned?
