Your plan-specific extension will be ready to download below.
⚠️ Important: PingIN Chrome Extension works only on LinkedIn pages (linkedin.com). It will not activate on any other website.
How to install (2 minutes)
1
Download & Extract
Click the download button above. Save the ZIP file and extract it — you'll see a folder named pingin-extension.
2
Open Chrome Extensions
Open Chrome → go to chrome://extensions → Turn on Developer mode (top-right toggle).
3
Load the Extension
Click "Load unpacked" → Select the extracted pingin-extension folder → PingIN icon appears in your toolbar.
4
Start Finding Talent!
Your plan features are pre-activated — no license key needed. Just open LinkedIn and click the PingIN icon. 🚀
📖 How to Use PingIN
Step-by-step guide based on your plan — follow in order for best results.
1
Download & Install the Extension 2 mins
Click the Download button above to get your plan's extension ZIP file. Then go to chrome://extensions in Chrome, enable Developer mode (top-right toggle), click Load unpacked, and select the extracted folder.
💡 Tip: Unzip the downloaded file first before loading it in Chrome. The folder should contain manifest.json inside.
2
Pin PingIN to Chrome Toolbar 30 secs
After installing, click the puzzle piece 🧩 icon in Chrome's top-right corner. Find PingIN in the list and click the pin icon 📌 next to it. This keeps PingIN always visible in your toolbar for one-click access.
3
Enter Your License Key 1 min
Open PingIN by clicking its icon. On first launch, enter the license key shown above in your dashboard. For Free Trial — just click the extension and your 5-day trial starts automatically, no key needed.
💡 Tip: Your license key was also emailed to you when you paid. Check your inbox if you can't find it here.
4
Open LinkedIn in the Same Chrome Window
Go to linkedin.com and make sure you're logged in to your LinkedIn account. PingIN works by reading LinkedIn pages — it needs LinkedIn open to collect profiles.
💡 Tip: Use your regular LinkedIn account — Make sure your LinkedIn profile is complete and professional.
5
You're Ready! Start with Smart Search ✅
Click the 🔍 Smart Search card in PingIN. Enter a job title (e.g. "Software Engineer"), select a company or college, pick a city, and click Search & Collect Profiles. LinkedIn will open and PingIN will automatically collect matching profiles.
1
Enter the Job Title / Keywords
Type what you're looking for — e.g. "Data Scientist", "React Developer", "Talent Acquisition Lead". Be specific for better results. Use quotes for exact matches.
💡 Tip: Use the ⚡ Boolean Builder button to build complex queries like "Data Scientist" AND (Python OR SQL) without typing manually.
2
Add Companies (Multi-chip input)
Type a company name and press Enter or comma to add it as a chip. Add multiple companies to search across all of them at once. Example: add Google, Amazon, Microsoft — PingIN searches all three.
3
Set Location & Experience Filters
Select a city (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, etc.) and experience level (0-1 yr, 1-3 yr, 3-5 yr, 5-10 yr, 10+ yr). Optionally add a college filter for IIT/NIT/IIM candidates.
💡 Tip: Leave company blank and search by college + role to find IIT/NIT alumni working anywhere in India — great for niche tech roles.
4
Click "Search & Collect Profiles"
LinkedIn opens with your search. PingIN automatically scrolls through results and collects profiles. When done, click View Collected Profiles → (the green button that appears) to see everyone found.
5
Save Searches with Search History 🕐
Click the 🕐 Search History button to save your current search. PingIN saves your last 15 searches — one click to re-run any previous search without re-entering all filters.
1
🧬 AI Clone Search — Find 100 Similar Profiles
Go to Clone Search. Paste any LinkedIn profile URL of someone whose background you want to replicate. PingIN reads their headline, role, and education, then uses AI to find 100 similar professionals on LinkedIn.
💡 Best use case: You just made a great hire. Paste their LinkedIn URL — find 20 more exactly like them.
2
📄 JD Search — Paste Any Job Description
Click JD Search. Paste or upload any job description. PingIN's AI extracts the role, required skills, experience, and location — then builds the perfect LinkedIn search automatically. No need to manually translate JDs into search queries.
💡 Tip: Save frequently used JDs in the 📁 JD Library (save up to 10). One click to reuse any saved JD without repasting.
3
🎯 Predictive Sourcing — Find Passive Candidates
Click Predictive Sourcing. PingIN looks for candidates who show signals of being open to switching — recent activity patterns, profile views spike, recent company changes. These passive candidates are often the best hires because they're not being bombarded with offers.
4
📝 Candidate Notes — Never Forget Anyone
On any collected profile, click the 📝 note icon. Write private notes about the candidate — interview status, salary expectations, feedback. Notes are saved permanently and visible whenever you see that profile again.
💡 Pro tip: Use notes to track pipeline stages: "Messaged 15 Apr → Replied 16 Apr → Interview scheduled"
1
🐙 GitHub Multi-Skill Search — Find Real Developers
Go to Developer Search → GitHub tab. Enter 1 to 3 technical skills (e.g. React, Node.js, Python). PingIN searches GitHub for developers who actually use those skills in their real code — not just what they write on their CV.
💡 Why GitHub? A developer who commits React code every day is better evidence than "React" listed on LinkedIn. GitHub doesn't lie.
2
Use the PingIN GitHub Panel
When you open any GitHub profile, a PingIN panel slides in from the right. It shows the developer's bio, skills, and top languages. Click Find LinkedIn — PingIN scans their GitHub page for a LinkedIn link and opens their exact LinkedIn profile.
💡 Many developers put their LinkedIn link in their GitHub README or bio. PingIN finds it automatically — no manual searching.
3
Stack Overflow Top Experts
From Developer Search, switch to the Stack Overflow tab. Search for top contributors in a specific technology tag (e.g. "react", "python", "kubernetes"). These are your highest-quality leads — people who answer questions publicly are experts who keep learning.
4
Add to List → Export or Contact Directly
In the GitHub panel, click + Add to List for each developer you want to reach. Once collected, export as CSV or visit their LinkedIn profiles directly to connect.
